Ludger Knuffmann + Kollegen – LKK

As a nationally and internationally operating team of experts we assess damages to buildings, technical facilities, commercial equipment and furnishings.

Our office in Dieburg, Germany was established in 1989.

Our office consists of 10 experts/building surveyors, architects and engineers as well as our administrative staff.

We offer an entire range of services expected of experts valuating "damages to buildings" and "damages to commercial and technical facilities", including valuation of deficiencies in construction and its consequences, monitoring quality assurance of buildings, preservation of evidence as well as valuation of existing buildings and equipment.

In-line with our expertise of insurance law one focal point of our work is valuation of insurance loss. In addition to analysis and valuation the wish for short-term reconstruction increases the demand on expert work. In case of loss we offer quick help in order to re-establish use of buildings and to avoid high consequential costs by implementing efficient measures aimed at loss minimisation and by developing coordinated reconstruction concepts.

Our well-experienced and highly-qualified experts work in interdisciplinary project teams which allow us to handle complex property loss cases from analysis to reconstruction. Regular further education and membership in professional associations guarantee our continuous personal and professional development.

On top of our expert service we offer to our customers extensive technical equipment for building diagnostics.
